This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the website, digital products, GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, AI agents, prompts, and related assets (collectively, the "Services") provided by Painting Snapshot ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). It applies to every customer, user, and visitor.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this AUP. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services. This AUP supplements — and does not replace — our Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose of This Policy
Our Services are built to help house painting contractors and home services businesses automate marketing, capture leads, and manage customers through GoHighLevel. This policy exists to keep the platform safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone who uses it.
2. Permitted Use
- Use the Services for your own lawful house painting, home services, or marketing business.
- Deploy purchased snapshots within a single HighLevel agency account, as described in our Terms.
- Customize funnels, workflows, and templates for your own brand and clients.
- Send marketing and transactional messages only to contacts who have given you valid consent.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, and will not allow others to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
- Resell, redistribute, copy, share, sublicense, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, prompt, or AI asset to another agency, company, or third party without our prior written authorization.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or send SMS or email to contacts who have not consented, in violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or similar laws.
- Misrepresent estimate-tool outputs as binding quotes, guaranteed prices, or contracts (these are rough, ballpark, lead-capture figures only).
- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful or disruptive code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any connected third-party service.
- Use the Services to harass, defraud, deceive, or harm any person, including homeowners or other contractors.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying source, structure, or proprietary logic of our products.
- Use our trademarks, branding, or content in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without permission.
4. Messaging & Consent Compliance
If you use our snapshots to send SMS or email, you are solely responsible for compliance with all messaging laws. This includes obtaining proper consent before contacting anyone, honoring opt-out requests, and including required identification and unsubscribe mechanisms.
- Always provide recipients a clear way to opt out (for example, replying STOP to texts or using an unsubscribe link in emails).
- Honor STOP and HELP requests promptly and permanently.
- Never message contacts who have withdrawn consent.
5. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for properly configuring and integrating our products into your own HighLevel account.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts (for example, Twilio, Stripe, or email providers) and complying with their terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you publish or send using the Services.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any data you collect from homeowners or leads.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred, we may:
- Issue a warning and request that you correct the issue,
- Suspend or restrict your access to the Services,
- Terminate your license or account without refund, and/or
- Pursue legal action and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
Serious violations — such as illegal activity, fraud, or unauthorized resale — may result in immediate termination without notice.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of any use of our Services that violates this policy, please report it to us so we can investigate.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
